Munchkin is now 10 weeks old and weights just under 2lbs and is ready to go to her forever home. We expect her to reach between 6-8lbs (breeders estimate) at full growth. Munchkin is a beautiful chocolate and white parti color with chocolate nose and pigment. She has the flatest face we have yet to see, even flatter than her mothers who we thought had the flatest face ever. Her markings are beautiful, her conformation and tail set is perfect. Her legs are exactly to the standard. She has a sweet and fiesty personality. Munchkin is a playful, funny little girl who is also a kissy little lap dog.
Munchkin is only offered for adoption under limited registration. No breeding rights. She has all her current vacinations and wormings and has been extremely heathy since birth. She is eating puppy food and we are training her to potty on potty pads. She is $1000 respectively.

We will not lower our standards to sell poor quality puppies ever. You will have a canine family member for many happy years. It takes money to produce top quality healthy puppies and we will not lower our standards to sell cheap puppies. Everyone is suffering from the economy but we still give our dogs the best quality care they have always gotten. Your canine family member will live in your home with your family, interacting with your visitors, and is an important investment for joy and contentment in the most important place in your life, your home. We know of people who would spend more money on a designer purse, or home entertainment center than a canine family member, why would you not want the best pet you can? You should never "bargain" shop for a dog. Bargain pet shoppers then wonder why the dog has an aggressive temperament or just can't live in a home environment, or has health defects, ( which can cost thousands) or serious behavioral issues, so what happens to that dog?, it ends up in a shelter with the thousands of other unwanted dogs waiting to be euthanized.
We screen our dogs health on a routine basis with vet wellness checks, preventative monthly heartworm/and parasite treatment, fecal test, urine analysis, and keep them up to date on their vaccinations. We can not stress enough the importance of testing the parents (breeding dogs) against genetic defects. Health is our #1 priority over color or size! Our dogs eat a well balanced diet of holistic organic dog food, yogurt, eggs, and veggie treats. We also supplement them once a month with vitamins and minerals for optimum health. They have their teeth brushed weekly and get routine cleanings at the vet. The Shih Tzu is a low energy dog which should be fed a low-protein diet.
Your puppy will be wormed at 6, 8, 10 & 12 weeks and vaccinated according to the recommended schedule prior to coming to your home. Once you receive your puppy you must follow-up with additional worming and vaccinations prior to taking them out in public places. Puppies are highly susceptible to parvo within the first month or so of leaving their mother as they are not fully vaccinated against it and taking them out in public can seriously jeopardize their health. We know you want to show off your cute puppy but it is highly advisable that you wait for the sake of the puppy.
We begin early socialization of the puppies against normal household sounds, children playing, and provide lots of love and kisses. Our dogs are well socialized and well behaved and live inside the home as members of our family.
At any time during the dogs lifetime, if you are unable to keep the dog you adopt from us, you must send the dog back to us as we do not want our puppies ending up in the shelter or unfortunate circumstance. We have final approval of an alternate forever home.
We require that you make a lifetime commitment of caring, respect, trust, and love for the dog you adopt from us. You will get a great family pet and a lifetime of support from us.
